These Terms of Service govern your access to the PhotoBridge website, downloads, and related support.

PhotoBridge is offered by an independent developer as a website, downloadable macOS software, and related support materials. The website describes the product and may provide download or purchase access.

  • do not try to misuse payment, refund, or support processes
  • do not use the product to violate the rights of others

3. Downloads and product availability

Product features, pricing, trial terms, and availability may change over time. Downloads may also be updated, replaced, paused, or discontinued.

4. Payments

If PhotoBridge is offered for sale through Paddle, purchases are processed through Paddle's checkout and billing systems. Taxes, invoicing, payment collection, and some refund handling may be managed through Paddle or its related service flow.

5. Intellectual property

The PhotoBridge website, branding, copy, software, screenshots, and related materials are owned by the developer or used with permission, unless a different notice says otherwise.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

Support is provided on a reasonable-effort basis through jessica741741@outlook.com. Response times are not guaranteed.

7. Disclaimer

The website and product are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. No guarantee is made that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for every workflow or device setup.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of the website or product.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
